Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use the ConsentArc website.
Last updated 5 October 2026
01About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the ConsentArc website, operated by DPDPA Shield Technologies Private Limited. By using the site, you agree to them.
A subscription to the ConsentArc product is governed separately, by your Order Form and the subscription agreement that comes with it.
02Using the site
- Use the site lawfully and in a way that doesn't harm us or other visitors.
- Don't try to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or overload it.
- If you find a security issue, please report it privately to support@consentarc.com rather than testing further.
03Information, not legal advice
Content on this website explains India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and how our product supports it. It is general information, not legal advice. ConsentArc is software that helps you meet your obligations; decisions about how the law applies to your organisation remain yours, and you should take legal advice where you need it.
04Prices on this site
Prices shown on this website are indicative and exclusive of GST, which applies at 18%. The figures that bind us both are the ones in your final Order Form. See Pricing for current plans.
05Our content and brand
The ConsentArc name, logo, website design and content belong to DPDPA Shield Technologies Private Limited. You may share links to our pages, but please don't copy our content or use our brand in a way that suggests we endorse you without our written permission.
06Links to other sites
We link to other websites, including the DPDPA Shield platform. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we don't operate.
07Our responsibility
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the website itself. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
09Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page. Questions? Write to hello@consentarc.com.
